Order

How do I order a package?

Choose the package that best suits your party on the website (Initial, Well-Organized, All-Inclusive, or Zero). Enter the number of people, select any extras, and complete your request.

How far in advance should I order?

The sooner, the better. Especially during busy periods (weekends, summer, holidays), it's wise to book well in advance. Last-minute? Feel free to submit your request, and we'll see what's still available.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Changes are usually possible, as long as planning and inventory allow. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation is also possible, but must be in writing. In the event of cancellation, the following fees apply (a percentage of the agreed-upon price):
• Up to 14 days before the execution date: 25%
• 6–10 days before execution date: 50%
• 2–5 days before execution date: 75%
• 0–1 day(s) before execution date: 100%

Delivery & Collection

Is delivery really free?

Yes, in almost all cases: we deliver and collect for free throughout most of the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands). We only charge a €50 surcharge for certain postal codes:
• Zeeland: 4300 to 4589
• Limburg: 6100 to 6471

What is your delivery area?

We deliver to almost all of the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we don't deliver to the Wadden Islands.
We charge €50 delivery costs for the following postal code areas:
• Zeeland: 4300 to 4589
• Limburg: 6100 to 6471

How does delivery and collection work?

We deliver one business day before the party and collect everything one business day after . You can simply return the dirty glassware to the crates . All you have to do is enjoy.

Products & Packages

What beers do you have?

We supply Heineken beer. (Even the 0.0 beer is Heineken.)

Can I create a custom package?

Our packages are designed to get you set up quickly. You can easily expand with extras (like extra beer, extra wine, or standing tables). Have a specific request or a larger event? Contact us, and we'll see what works for you.

What wines do you have?

We supply wines from the Paparuda brand: rosé, Pinot Grigio and Merlot.

Our 0.0 wine is Appalina Chardonnay.

Practical

Do I need electricity?

Yes. The tap and refrigerators operate on a standard electrical outlet (230V). So make sure there's an electrical outlet near the location where the tap will be installed.

How much space do I need?

The tap and keg take up approximately 2 m² . Need a compact setup? We'd be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

What if there are leftover drinks?

After the party, we will collect everything and take the leftover drinks with us.
